No, it's all about the mechanism of belief rather than using logic to KNOW something, and thus live in reality. To be socially-responsible is to, at some point, be realist. The anti-religious people see religion as encouraging a shirking of some level of responsibility and handing that over to God. There is somewhat of a false-dichotomy being created, but the anti-religious people have a strong point. If they could just get rid of their egotism and narcissism etc, they might even have a way of living that was worth it. Until then, moderate and humble religious people beat them at that.
