not sure if this one is worth bringing up with EXP. A customer placed one order for two units. They two units were shipped separately. So he emailed after receiving only one. He followed up a day

or so later to say that the second one arrived. My only question here would be, why two separate shipments for one order? That costs us more money and is confusing for the customer.
